Sports Quest provides training for competitive teams playing within Texas United F.C.(under 11 through under 19 years, boys and girls). The Sports Quest trained teams compete against other clubs within Houston Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) and Eastern District Division One Association (EDDOA).
Training sessions, try-outs and all home games take place at Bear Creek Park, Houston, TX (Hwy 6 and Clay Road).
The training service provided by Sports Quest has several key features:
- A carefully constructed and researched curriculum, catering not only to the technical and tactical needs of specific teams, but also to specific age groups
- A training environment that reproduces the demands and challenges experienced on game day
- Training sessions designed exclusively to prepare teams to implement the Sports Quest philosophy of play
- A Character Development component which addresses important leadership issues from a Christian perspective
